Hüdai Bey and Halit Bey sign a business agreement and start working together. For this reason, they need new warehouses and storage facilities. Hüdai Bey finds a poor neighborhood in Telsizler. He rents all the houses there and sends notices to the residents to vacate the premises. In addition, to make this partnership permanent, he asks Halit Bey for his daughter Selma's hand in marriage for his son Nihat. Although Nihat objects to the marriage, he cannot resist his father's pressure, and an engagement is arranged within the family. At a company meeting, Nihat objects to his father's decision to vacate the houses in the neighborhood. After leaving the factory, Nihat hits Sami, who is selling meatballs on the street. He pays for Sami's damages and learns that Sami lives in Telsizler. He then makes a plan and starts living in Telsizler with Sami. Nihat quickly becomes friends with the neighbors and will do everything in his power to convince his father to change his mind.
